About RHP Bowls Club

RHP Bowls Club was formed in 1946 and is open to both men and women of all ages and bowling standards.

Summer

RHP Bowls Club competes in the Chelmsford & District BA (men only), Central Mid-Week (mixed) and Chelmer Ladies leagues, it also enters County and National competitions at club and individual levels.

A varied program of club competitions operate throughout the summer.

Friendly fixtures are held on weekends and week days.

Winter

Friendly fixtures are held with indoor bowls clubs on weekends and week days.

RHP Bowls Club competes in indoor bowls leagues for outdoor bowling clubs, run by local indoor bowling clubs.

Short mat bowls competitions are played throughout the winter together with a varied program of social events.
